Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage with English-speaking clients regarding our websites and services.

• Forward complex inquiries to other departments. Examples of complex inquiries include: "I want a refund!" and "I would like to report a technical issue!"

• Enhance professional skills through training and lectures for future career advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B1 level.

• Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM: we provide a 30-minute break and a Slack Huddle for team interaction to stay energized.

• Experience in customer service: via phone, email, chat, and/or in-person.

• Proactiveness and organizational skills: we encourage discussing issues and suggesting solutions. We take responsibility for achievements/mistakes and manage our work time during shifts.

• A desire to learn and grow in the IT field: most team leaders have progressed from Junior positions.
