This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
β’ Manage challenging guest interactions via phone, text, and email.
β’ Ensure clear communication before and during the guest's stay.
β’ Take ownership of issues and lead the resolution process.
β’ Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service.
β’ Proficient in English, either as a native speaker or at a near-native level.
β’ Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
β’ Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
β’ Paid time off.
