• Sell both initial and recurring services to residential pool owners through inbound calls.
• Actively reach out to the current customer base via outbound calls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
• Oversee customer work orders, invoicing, and billing using business management software.
• Coordinate technicians, service schedules, and vehicle routing efficiently.
• Manage the inventory of materials and chemicals effectively.
• Supervise the financial aspects of the local business.
• Represent the business in various local marketing initiatives.
• A sales-oriented individual with relevant experience.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in computer use with strong software skills.
• A positive, can-do mindset.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to manage a team of technicians.
• Knowledge of Profit & Loss statements and comfort with numerical data.
