This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle incoming calls from current customers
• Manage service requests, including the addition/removal of vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder details, and dispatching policy documents, among others.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their existing insurance policies, including coverage details or policy benefits, and facilitate changes to their current policy.
• Work towards retaining Jerry policyholders by proactively seeking solutions for customers who may be considering cancellation.
• Ability to multitask and juggle several competing priorities
• A strong passion for assisting others
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center setting
• Hourly wage: $19.00 - $21.00
• We will cover the cost of your P&C license (expected to be obtained within 60 days of starting)
