This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Take complete ownership of inquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Address complex and sensitive account inquiries with confidence and care.
• Accurately apply financial services policies and procedures while managing high volumes with professionalism.
• Recognize customers who may require additional assistance and ensure they receive it.
• Collaborate closely with your remote team to exchange feedback, propose enhancements, and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service within a financial services or contact center setting.
• Proficient in managing multi-channel customer interactions (phone, email, live chat).
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating within regulated environments and adhering to quality standards.
• Remain calm, solutions-oriented, and professional when dealing with sensitive or challenging cases.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
