Customer Service Advisor, Dutch-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach.

• Address issues and foster positive experiences for every customer.

• Adhere to the brand's guidelines and quality standards during all interactions.

• Record and update customer interactions in the appropriate systems.

• Collaborate closely with the team to continuously enhance the service offered.

• Serve as a representative of a global brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch.

• Good command of English.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Comfortable navigating computer systems and managing multiple tools simultaneously.

• Possess patience, empathy, and a positive demeanor.

• Availability to work in shifts.

• EU passport or Greek work permit (special cases will be evaluated by legal).

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum B2 level in English.

• C1+ proficiency in the primary working language.

• Resident of a country within the European Union.

• Resume must be submitted in English.
