• Over 3 years of experience in remote sales or revenue-generating customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and payment processing tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging proactively with customers from a daily leads list.
