Customer Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze abandoned shopping carts to pinpoint recovery opportunities.

• Proactively reach out to customers through phone, email, or SMS to promote completion of their purchases.

• Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to eliminate purchase barriers.

• Follow up on payment transactions that have been declined.

• Assist customers in resolving payment difficulties and exploring alternative payment options.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product catalog, including ingredients, benefits, and current promotions.

• Educate customers on product recommendations that are tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver outstanding support via email, SMS, and phone to ensure a positive customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in remote sales or revenue-generating customer-facing roles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and payment processing tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging proactively with customers from a daily leads list.
