• Collaborate effectively with the customer, establishing relationships at all levels to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business and the market, ultimately driving positive business growth.
• Meet objectives for New Item Authorization, Distribution, and Base Business, including Revenue and Share Growth, Authorizations, Distribution, and Optimal Shelving.
• Lead the execution of Space Management Projects.
• Meet promotional revenue targets by tactic, price point, Drive Period, and Selling Event while successfully implementing Kraft Heinz pricing strategies for managed categories.
• Maintain accurate files and business documentation to provide detailed records of business transactions.
• Continuously explore innovative ways to expand the business profitably, adopting a growth mindset.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and present ideas and opportunities to internal partners.
• Demonstrated experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management within a CPG company.
• Proven ability to manage business processes and Category management in a complex Sales role, overseeing a portfolio with at least $20M in net revenue.
• Strong customer-first mentality, effectively managing customer relationships and sales to meet objectives.
• Trusted to operate independently within the Kraft Heinz framework to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Clear examples of demonstrating polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the potential to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as IRI, Spark, etc.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills; capable of utilizing syndicated and/or ambiguous data to formulate comprehensive business plans by assessing category and brand performance, influencing customers to meet category objectives.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% outside the area as required.
