This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Propel sales through direct selling and/or broker engagements.
• Sustain corporate-mandated profit contribution levels by effectively managing designated spending budgets.
• Leverage syndicated data to pinpoint opportunities and furnish management with post-analysis outcomes.
• Oversee trade spending budgets and fulfill financial sales obligations as directed by the senior leadership team.
• Assess current and competitive product pricing, promotions, and sales strategies for viable business prospects.
• Collaborate with Customer Inventory Analysts and corporate teams on production forecasting for assigned brands.
• Formulate recommendations for displays and other promotional initiatives to enhance sales growth effectively.
• Direct the retail broker team in setting monthly goals and provide direct assistance in the overall management of the broker team.
• A minimum of 8 years of field sales experience is essential.
• Experience in direct selling to Albertson's is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or marketing is required.
• Proven ability to understand trends and formulate recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience with Nielsen, Retail Link, and Shiloh.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Comprehensive understanding of the retail/grocery landscape.
• Familiarity with customers' co-managed replenishment systems.
• Strong financial and business insight is crucial.
