This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Develop strong relationships with candidates through professional and engaging discussions.

• Ensure conversations are natural, comfortable, and engaging while accurately gathering necessary information.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates.

• Guarantee that candidates have a positive experience during the early stages of the hiring process.
