This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Overseeing and nurturing relationships with a well-established portfolio of SAP Business One clients throughout Western Canada.
• Acquire and enhance an existing portfolio of ERP clients, concentrating on fortifying relationships, broadening solutions, and pinpointing new opportunities that foster client growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with client executives and operational leaders to comprehend their evolving business priorities and identify solutions that facilitate their growth.
• Principal relationship owner and trusted advisor for designated clients, fostering trusted partnerships with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Regularly interact with CFOs, CIOs, and operational leadership teams, assisting them in aligning technology investments with their long-term business strategies.
• Recognize and cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts by aligning Vision33 solutions with client business objectives and regional ARR targets.
• Formulate and implement structured account plans that enhance both client success and regional revenue objectives.
• Ensure sustained client success by proactively managing relationships, addressing challenges, and coordinating internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Maintain precise opportunity tracking, account forecasting, and performance reporting to support regional growth ambitions.
• Collaborate closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams to guarantee clients receive optimal value from Vision33’s solutions and services.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in client relationship management, account management, or a client success role.
• At least 5 years’ experience working with ERP, SaaS, or business management software within the SMB or mid-market sector.
• Familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding strategic client accounts.
