This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

• Examine usage trends to reveal upselling opportunities, including enterprise solutions
• Achieve and surpass ambitious sales targets
• Provide Value Beyond Licensing
• Move past conventional sales methods to deliver holistic, customer-centric solutions
• Innovate and experiment with new outreach and engagement tactics
• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Take Charge of Your Territory's Performance
• Manage and refine your CRM sales funnel for precision and conversion
• Share weekly updates, forecasts, and quarterly projections
• Keep track of market trends, competitors, and pricing insights
• Represent Tech Soft 3D at trade shows, conferences, webinars, and user events
• Travel 30-35% of the time to connect with clients, evaluate their needs, and strengthen partnerships.
• Over 5 years of sales experience, ideally selling to manufacturers or advanced technical software and service solutions (or comparable software development experience)
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively while addressing both technical and business needs
• Strong history of prospecting and closing deals
• Confidently engage stakeholders at all levels, including Directors and executive leadership
• In-depth product knowledge combined with impressive presentation skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
