This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create project plans aligned with management objectives and timelines
• Outline project scope, necessary resources, projected costs, risks, and quality benchmarks
• Create comprehensive project plans that include WBS, Change Management Plan, Communication Plan, Risk Management Plan, Stakeholder Analysis, and Resource Management Plan
• Oversee, guide, and inspire cross-functional internal and external Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams
• Collaborate with project managers or points of contact provided by hospitals
• Engage with project stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Deliver regular updates on project status and facilitate recurring project meetings
• Assist in pre-sales efforts to identify technically viable customer solutions
• Oversee Forward Looking Inventory Management, Project Cycle Time, Forecast Accuracy, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Satisfaction
• Handle multiple imaging system installation and construction projects simultaneously
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
• Preferably experience in a Healthcare or Technology Environment, or Construction Projects within the Healthcare sector
• Proven expertise in MS Project and standardized Project Management tools and documentation
• Capability to provide influential leadership across project resources, stakeholders, and subcontractors
• Proficiency in negotiating and ensuring highly satisfactory customer experiences
• Ability to manage and direct multiple projects at the same time
• Bachelor’s degree is required in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, or Construction Project Management, or equivalent combined experience/education
• Project Management certification is preferred, such as PMP or a Masters Certificate in Project Management
• LEAN Certification is advantageous
• Strong leadership, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the local language and English
• Canadian work authorization is necessary; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship will not be considered
• Must live in or be within commuting distance to Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
