This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Create and oversee precise sales, production, and operational objectives grounded in historical data, market trends, and business forecasts.
• Ensure that promotional planning and spending information is accurately maintained across planning tools.
• Keep contracts and submissions current and efficiently monitored.
• Assist in post-promotional analysis to enhance ROI on trade strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, and other departments regarding targets, timelines, strategies, and resource allocation.
• Examine performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Compile and present regular performance reports and presentations.
• Convey strategies and priorities through Monthly Key Account Priorities 30/60/90 to field teams, third-party merchandising partners, and broker partners.
• Offer customer support functions in conjunction with the broker team to maximize sales and revenue.
• Supervise promotional plans in internal portals, promotional planning tools, and customer portals.
• Review weekly customer purchase orders and adjust as needed.
• Report directly to the VP of Customer Planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales planning and/or retailer account management within the CPG industry.
• Required experience at Target headquarters level, including knowledge of Target’s POL portal.
• Proficient in Anaplan or a comparable forecasting tool.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of transforming data into clear, compelling insights for leadership.
• Proven ability to align sales execution with strategic business objectives.
• Competent in utilizing data-driven storytelling and insights.
• Skilled in developing primary and contingency plans to achieve results.
• Willingness to travel 4–6 weeks annually.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and potentially weekends for special events or team offsites.
• Ability to travel nationwide.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of insurance required.
• Comprehensive sales skills, encompassing data utilization, strategic planning, ownership, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Enthusiasm for OLIPOP’s mission and consumer health products.
• Preference for candidates located in Minnesota or nearby areas, although all applicants are welcome to apply.
• Bonus potential in addition to the $110,000–$140,000 compensation range.
