This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for nurturing and enhancing current customer relationships
• Fostering long-term customer satisfaction
• Aiding in sustainable revenue development
• Background in commercial controlling and reporting, preferably within the energy, industry, or SaaS sectors
• Fundamental knowledge of energy-related subjects (e.g., energy procurement, cost structures, efficiency potentials)
• Proficient in MS Office / MS Teams, especially PowerPoint, and ideally Excel
• Experience in organized project management and documentation, utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Strong customer orientation, empathy, and a professional demeanor
• Exceptional attention to detail and dependability in daily operations
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities — including at the management level
• Capability to identify customer challenges proactively and ensure their timely resolution
• Passion for actively shaping structures, transparency, and processes while continuously improving them
