This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new vendors while renegotiating existing partnerships to improve pricing, terms, and options for our members.
• Oversee vendor relationships comprehensively through live discussions and written correspondence, addressing issues and fostering ongoing performance enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives alongside product, engineering, and other internal teams, driving improvements based on operational observations.
• Recognize, suggest, and develop new processes and quality assessments that ensure the Store team remains efficient and dependable.
• Monitor operational metrics, create analyses and dashboards as necessary, and utilize data to instigate significant changes.
• Manage the daily operational framework of the Forma Store, encompassing order fulfillment and member support ticketing.
• Serve as the advocate for our customers and members, integrating their feedback directly into the future product roadmap.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Background in a dynamic tech startup and experience in a fully remote work setting is preferred.
• Experience in employee benefits is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated capability to establish new processes and manage end-to-end projects with minimal oversight.
• Practical experience in vendor management, partnerships, or contract negotiations.
• Strong independent and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to deconstruct vague objectives and analyze operational metrics.
• Willingness to collaborate with global teams and monitor during peak periods when necessary.
