This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Collaborate with Sales to assist in customer discovery, briefings, demonstrations, and responses to RFPs.
• Convert mission requirements into practical use cases and solution frameworks.
• Act as a representative for LeoLabs in customer meetings, industry events, and regional forums.
• Oversee onboarding, structured training, and operational readiness initiatives.
• Function as the main operational point of contact for customers in the EMEA region.
• Establish success metrics and track adoption and usage effectively.
• Provide operational leadership during exercises or critical situations.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to convey customer needs.
• Create playbooks and enhance operational processes throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Over 10 years of experience in military operations, defense, space operations, or intricate technical environments.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles supporting government or enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong skills in operational planning and execution.
• Capability to support both business development and post-sale implementation.
