This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will oversee a substantial number of low-spend accounts within our SMB/MM or Enterprise segments.
• Recognize and escalate potential risks that may result in customer churn.
• Establish robust relationships with clients by identifying their challenges, proposing solutions, and discovering opportunities for growth and revenue enhancement.
• Act as the customer's advocate by gathering product and operational feedback and relaying it to relevant internal teams.
• Deliver a consistently high-quality experience for our customers on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt responses and the fulfillment of customer requests.
• Encourage the adoption of platform features that enhance the customer experience and aid in retention.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, particularly in client-facing roles.
• Prior experience in at least one of the following areas: fast-growing startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• A relationship-oriented individual who remains composed during crises or criticism and celebrates the achievements of partners.
• Strong analytical skills and data proficiency: while you may not need to be a SQL expert, you should enjoy deriving quick, insightful conclusions from complex datasets, asking critical questions, and transforming raw data into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
• A dependable, motivated self-starter with a growth mindset who excels in dynamic environments, adapts to challenges, and takes on significant responsibility.
• Proven track record of success — for instance, achievements at a prestigious company, measurable business impact, rapid advancement in responsibilities, or recognition through competitive awards.
• A solid analytical background with the capability to manipulate and synthesize data effectively.
• Naturally inquisitive and driven to make a meaningful impact.
• Fluent in both French and English.
