Customer Operations, Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers

• Enhance customer engagement through proactive interaction with procurement and planning personnel

• Deliver proactive back-office assistance to the Sales and FAE teams

• Oversee escalation and exception requests concerning customer orders and supply

• Facilitate sample requests and support for new product introductions (NPI)

• Generate sales reports, pipeline updates, and account summaries

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience in customer operations, inside sales, or sales operations

• Familiarity with high-touch technical sales and distribution frameworks

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and ERP software

• Fluent in English and the local language pertinent to the region
