This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the team’s ticket operations to guarantee prompt and efficient handling of customer inquiries.

• Develop new processes and enhance existing ones to ensure scalability.

• Facilitate communication and foster alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Engage in tasks and processes such as:

• Initial responses and proactive communication with customers.

• Tracking resolutions and effective problem-solving.

• Overseeing ticket management across both internal and external channels.

• Maintain regular communication with the team to pinpoint weaknesses or gaps in processes.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Operations and senior leadership.

• Elevate the operational excellence of Customer Support to new heights.

• Partner with colleagues to implement scalable processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of overall experience in customer operations or customer support.

• Strong operational mindset with a proven ability to navigate challenging scenarios, ensuring the customer operations function runs smoothly.

• Proactive approach, eager to learn and dedicated to continuous professional growth.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive attitude and excellent communication capabilities.

• Ability to work independently.

• Willingness to work during US hours.

• Passion for working with customers and a commitment to surpassing their expectations.
