This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and engage a community of customers, promoting their needs and advocacy.
• Identify, create, and manage customer narratives, encompassing case studies, testimonials, videos, and quotes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to identify advocates and collect genuine customer insights.
• Oversee customer reference programs and maintain a repository of customer proof points.
• Work alongside content, design, and external partners to develop customer assets.
• Design, implement, and manage campaigns focused on customers across email, web, social media, webinars, and events.
• Assist in lifecycle marketing efforts such as onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsell campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are launched punctually and align with brand standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to enhance future initiatives.
• Align customer narratives with essential value propositions and product launches.
• Aid Sales with customer-driven materials that bolster credibility and facilitate discussions.
• Develop Customer Marketing activities that stimulate interest and demand for products and services.
• Improve customer experience and utilize customer insights for marketing strategies.
• Promote customer community engagement.
• Recruit community members and customer advocates through diverse channels, including in-person events.
• Assist with special projects for the Marketing team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, with knowledge of various channels and initiatives.
• Preferred experience in education as an educator or administrator.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data effectively.
• Experience in integrated marketing teams and/or matrixed organizations.
• Proven project management abilities to monitor progress and complete projects on time.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
