This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer logistics professionals responsible for pre-posturing and placing F-135 unit-level components at military bases and multi-use/depot locations.
• Promote accountability, continuous improvement, customer-centricity, collaboration, and employee engagement.
• Assist in talent management initiatives.
• Set team priorities, delegate workloads, and track daily operational performance.
• Ensure that customer needs, service levels, and contractual obligations are met.
• Enhance Unit Level and Depot Level fill rates and Gross Issue Effectiveness (GIE).
• Analyze trends, eliminate operational obstacles, and implement corrective measures.
• Oversee spare parts forecasts and usage at operational sites and Multi-Use Warehouses.
• Coordinate spare parts redistribution efforts to meet anticipated demand.
• Manage planning and execution of initial Base Support Packages for new site activations.
• Oversee the return of unserviceable assets from unit-level locations back to HFFR.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or Logistics Management.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the aforementioned fields.
• Alternatively, an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: at least 5+ years of experience in aerospace/defense supply support.
• Preferred: advanced logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience.
• Preferred: customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly desired: in-depth knowledge of PW/Raytheon Technologies internal supply policies, practices, and standard work.
• Highly desired: proficiency in the full range of SAP spares-related transactions.
• Highly desired: proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, logically analyze, and present spare parts information from various information systems.
• Must be a U.S. Person.
• No security clearance required.
• Availability for 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM EST.
