This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Identify and engage with school districts via targeted outreach, networking, conferences, and referrals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with district leaders, understanding their priorities and guiding them from initial interest to commitment.
• Create and implement the customer journey from lead generation to onboarding.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Learning, Product, and Operations teams.
• Initiate the district data privacy agreement processes and facilitate a seamless handoff to Customer Success.
• Maintain precise customer and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Utilize data to monitor progress and strive towards established acquisition and growth objectives.
• Represent the Foundation at conferences, district meetings, and various external events.
• Articulate the Foundation’s mission and the value of its programs to educational stakeholders.
• Proven experience in customer growth, partnerships, business development, or a related field, preferably within K–12 education or edtech.
• Strong understanding of US school systems and the decision-making processes within districts for new programs, products, or resources.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable growth, acquisition, partnership, or customer success objectives.
• Highly organized and proactive, with a background in managing multiple customers and workstreams at various stages.
• Excellent and confident communication skills with educators, school leaders, and district decision-makers.
• Proficient in leveraging data and feedback to identify customer needs and enhance conversion rates.
• Experience with a CRM, such as Salesforce, to monitor relationships, activities, and progress.
• Strong alignment with the Foundation’s mission and values, particularly focusing on educational equity and access.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• Required to undergo a background check to ensure suitability for working with children; additional checks may be conducted periodically.
• Paid time off: 15 days for full-time US employees, along with 3 additional days for the company-wide year-end closure.
