This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Conduct pertinent research and assist in the preparation of project workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to monitor and manage project timelines.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks for the Customer Growth Team, including tracking the status of issue tickets to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, as well as managing the dashboard and administrative portals.
• Create analytical dashboards to derive insights on customer service challenges and propose enhancements to optimize current processes.
• Provide support for marketing initiatives related to customer campaigns.
• Undertake additional related duties as necessary.
• Undergraduate students from any field of study.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to think creatively, innovate, and differentiate.
• Strong organizational skills.
