This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of cost classification, billing, and collections for an assigned customer portfolio.
• Assist the Customer Service Manager (CSM) with outage planning and logistics.
• Oversee project controls for outages within the designated customer base.
• Manage outage demand placement, including parts requests, repair scheduling, and labor resourcing needs.
• Gather time sheets from vendors and suppliers; calculate and prepare invoices for billing purposes.
• Handle the distribution and collection of Customer Feedback surveys.
• Update and maintain entries in GE’s OneSteam ERP system.
• Provide support to the CSM as needed in customer communications, outage closeouts, and customer relationship deliverables.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations, or forecasting role).
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations, or forecasting capacity.
• Knowledge and experience in the power generation services, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with field services requirements and transactional steam turbine, generator, and boiler outages.
• A strong background in quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP/Oracle) - Field Services Portal (FSP) and/or PowerMax/OneSteam.
• Competence in IT systems with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems swiftly.
• Solid financial knowledge along with commercial and contractual experience.
• Proven communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in Canada.
