• Support the customer service call team daily by assisting with responses to inquiries from customers and vendors.
• Gather and assess all pertinent information to effectively handle customer inquiries, feedback, or grievances.
• Evaluate and respond promptly and accurately to inquiries and escalations, aligning with departmental objectives; prioritize requests based on the urgency of issues.
• Keep comprehensive records of both written and verbal communications.
• Supply precise and thorough information for quarterly business reviews, executives, and customers.
• Identify, document, and monitor unresolved complaints, directing outstanding issues to the appropriate resources for resolution.
• Over 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
• Previous experience working with B2B customers.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
