This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support the customer service call team daily by assisting with responses to inquiries from customers and vendors.
β’ Gather and assess all pertinent information to effectively handle customer inquiries, feedback, or grievances.
β’ Evaluate and respond promptly and accurately to inquiries and escalations, aligning with departmental objectives; prioritize requests based on the urgency of issues.
β’ Keep comprehensive records of both written and verbal communications.
β’ Supply precise and thorough information for quarterly business reviews, executives, and customers.
β’ Identify, document, and monitor unresolved complaints, directing outstanding issues to the appropriate resources for resolution.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
β’ Previous experience working with B2B customers.
β’ Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
