This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional front-line customer service support to Compliance clients.
• Execute tasks related to insurance regulatory compliance, licensing, client intake, and/or sales support.
• Address customer inquiries through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and/or chat.
• Respond to questions and assist customers by completing necessary tasks or processes.
• De-escalate challenging customer situations and provide effective solutions.
• Adhere to established processes for completing routine regulatory compliance, client intake, and/or sales support tasks.
• Collect and verify client information accurately.
• Enter information into Compliance and/or State web-based systems and forms.
• Complete relevant reports and track work within established databases.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, support database updates, and follow up on pending items.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining organized documentation.
• Escalate issues to senior team members, supervisors, leads, or management when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with co-workers and supervisors to fulfill client needs and achieve team goals.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and expand knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance.
• Promote respectful, solution-oriented communication and teamwork.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Capability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive demeanor.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for providing service and resolving customer challenges.
• Ability to effectively de-escalate customer frustrations.
• A team player dedicated to supporting fellow team members.
• Process-oriented and detail-focused, committed to maintaining accurate documentation.
