Customer Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Arrange customer appointments for collision repairs and estimates in line with established Standard Operating Procedures.

• Effectively handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications in a professional manner.

• Provide assistance to customers with rental car bookings and tow scheduling.

• Exhibit a strong sense of urgency while efficiently managing the daily workload.

• Engage with customers empathetically, confidently, and professionally in all interactions.

• Address customer inquiries by identifying their needs, researching information, and implementing suitable next steps.

• Resolve customer issues through attentive listening and effective utilization of internal resources.

• Juggle multiple systems and communication channels to ensure precision and efficiency.

• Adhere to departmental protocols and procedures to uphold assignment accuracy and data integrity.

• Protect customer and company information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Keep company-issued equipment in optimal working condition and promptly report any issues.

• Regularly act in a manner that fosters positive outcomes and a high-quality customer experience.

• Carry out other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven empathy and active listening skills.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Self-driven with a robust work ethic and the ability to learn quickly.

• Reliable modem and high-speed internet that meets minimum specifications.

• Proficient in navigating and multitasking across various systems, including CRM software.
