This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Address inquiries that necessitate comprehensive product knowledge and accuracy.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat while utilizing various software tools.
• Document and resolve customer requests for account information and updates with precision.
• Guide customers on digital tools to enable future self-service options.
• Achieve or surpass designated call center, team, and individual performance targets.
• Recognize and escalate trends or opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing outstanding service in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma is required; prior experience in the annuity, retirement, or finance sectors is preferred, along with relevant training or certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening skills and adaptability to meet customer needs.
• Capacity to manage conversations with confidence.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
