This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing our onboarding portal β identify their needs and guide them toward resolution, collaborating with both the customer and our engineering team.
β’ Manage our support inbox and oversee the ticketing system.
β’ Create data samples for prospects and customers, gaining a deep understanding of our data to identify any discrepancies.
β’ Operate HubSpot: lead routing, round-robins, list management, and refining automations as the business expands.
β’ Assist in maintaining our business operations β from billing to addressing the needs of the week.
β’ Address tasks that others may overlook. This position will evolve in tandem with your growth.
β’ A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) completed by the start date β any field of study. We value demonstrated drive: leadership roles in college, internships or co-op experiences, personal projects, or jobs held during school.
β’ Proficiency with technology and a curiosity about technical subjects (APIs, data, spreadsheets). Coding skills are not required; a willingness to delve into details is essential.
β’ Reside in the Boston area, with the ability to be present with the team [X] days per week.
