This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to facilitate technical discovery, create tailored architectures, and provide engaging product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) across Cloudflare’s offerings (Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms).
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer journey, nurturing a lasting, in-depth relationship with key stakeholders from initial onboarding to maturity, renewal, and expansion.
• Oversee the long-term technical relationship throughout the complete customer lifecycle, ensuring ongoing alignment between the customer's evolving business objectives and our product roadmap.
• Maintain a variable quota directly linked to new business acquisition and/or continuous account growth.
• Act as an "AI-Augmented" engineer by utilizing AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks such as responses to RFPs/Security Questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring, freeing up your time for strategic customer advisory.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or as a Forward Deployed Engineer (the number of years required will vary based on Associate, Senior, Staff, or Principal levels).
• Comprehensive technical knowledge covering web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned role, with a solid understanding of SaaS metrics, business value translation, and enterprise sales processes.
• Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management abilities, adept at bridging the gap between intricate technical implementation details and overarching C-suite business strategy.
• This position offers a competitive base salary along with a variable commission structure directly tied to the successful achievement of full-lifecycle commercial objectives, including new business acquisition, ongoing adoption milestones, and overall account expansion.
