Customer Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Execute established technical service procedures.

• Install, configure, and initiate equipment.

• Conduct basic and advanced diagnostics of the equipment.

• Repair, adjust, and replace parts and/or modules.

• Isolate issues from the equipment/system that are related to the environment.

• Clearly communicate and explain the situation to clients.

• Second-Line Maintenance Technician (Customer Engineer II)

• Proven technical experience in services.

• Ability to execute established technical service procedures.

• Apply knowledge and/or scientific methods to solve technical problems.
