Customer Engineer, Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of Digital Twins for our clients by actively participating in live deployment projects.

• Leverage your expertise in building systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical) to aid in data processing and validation.

• Collaborate with 3D building models (such as Revit or Navisworks) to comprehend building layouts and facilitate precise Digital Twin creation, while analyzing extensive datasets using tools like Excel to identify problems and ensure data integrity.

• Work closely with colleagues from various departments to establish and support system integrations.

• Employ AI tools to enhance data processing, documentation, and problem-solving, while remaining open to learning and embracing new tools and technologies as they emerge.

• Keep the Team Leader updated on progress, challenges, risks, and obstacles on a daily basis to support effective deliverable management.

• Collaborate with Willow’s Product and Engineering team to enhance product capabilities and roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven services environment.

• A background in MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing), particularly in control and monitoring within the built environment, is highly esteemed.

• A thorough understanding of standard building technology systems such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks, and access control and security technologies.

• Experience in 3D modeling/BIM is highly regarded, with familiarity in authoring or review tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad seen as a significant advantage.

• Comfortable utilizing or learning AI tools like Claude to enhance productivity.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of clearly and simply explaining concepts to teammates.

• Strong data analysis abilities, with the capacity to interpret and work with large, diverse datasets (e.g., using Excel, SQL, or similar tools) to extract insights and guide decision-making.
