This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Act as the main technical liaison for troubleshooting and resolving intricate AI/ML challenges.
• Assist customers in maximizing GPU performance for machine learning training and inference tasks, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to uncover new opportunities, advocate for the latest products, and deliver engaging technical presentations.
• Serve as a conduit to product teams, offering customer insights, communicating feature requests, and ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Interact with both internal and external stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and effectively drive consensus to tackle customer issues.
• Experience: 5+ years in positions such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer, with practical experience in cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong understanding of GPU computing, including ML training, inference workloads, and GPU stacks (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL).
• Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to establish trust and cultivate enduring relationships.
• Excellent capability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
