This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment within an assigned territory.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace components on any equipment supported by NCR Voyix.
• Assist in site preparation, which includes cable installation, equipment setup, and equipment testing.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on assigned products.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of parts, along with accurate tracking of those parts.
• Provide timely and precise reports on calls and activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating the Windows operating system and a fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills are required.
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude; experience in maintaining computer hardware (desktops, servers, peripherals), routers, networks, switches, and hubs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, flexible shifts, and on-call duties.
