This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Responsible for the installation, upkeep, and repair of equipment within a designated territory or region.
• Execute tasks on products and services of low complexity, particularly focusing on financial/ATM products.
• Conduct minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment, including PCs and peripherals.
• Cultivate working relationships with customers and establish informal communication channels.
• Carry out periodic preventative maintenance on assigned products.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of calls and activities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
• Required experience with Windows operating systems.
• Background in PC hardware maintenance and support.
• A degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience with NCR or similar equipment is advantageous.
• CCNA certification is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
