This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide installation, maintenance, and repairs on ATM equipment (second line of maintenance) and/or POS (point of sale) systems, as well as other electromechanical devices across various locations within an assigned territory/region.
• Ensure continuity of client operations and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer incidents as assigned.
• Build working relationships with clients and develop informal communication channels at the local account level.
• Be responsible for ownership of all client issues/needs that are expressed or observed and respond appropriately.
• May provide support to the Associate Client Engineer and/or Service Technician representative/technical service when necessary.
• Understand and fulfill the various requirements of the customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) and escalate issues when appropriate and/or according to established procedures.
• Represent NCR in a manner that positively reflects the company's image and reputation.
• Verify that the site environment meets requirements before installation or implementation.
• Install customer systems according to the installation plan.
• Completed high school education.
• Willingness to travel.
• Availability for flexible hours.
• Experience with ATMs and/or systems, networks, server support.
