This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive measurable behavioral changes by identifying, testing, and scaling high-value customer engagement initiatives that align with business, product, and digital priorities.
• Develop customer-centric, data-driven engagement strategies, encompassing target populations, use cases, channels, frequency, and success metrics.
• Design and outline comprehensive, multichannel customer journeys that span email, SMS, push notifications, web, mobile, and offline touchpoints.
• Lead A/B/n experimentation by managing hypotheses, test briefs, measurement plans, and documenting learnings.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, technology, and delivery teams to implement experiments from inception to launch.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with cross-functional partners to align strategies, eliminate obstacles, and enhance impact.
• Convert insights into actionable plans by applying learnings to enhance current campaigns and guide future strategies.
• Generate clear internal documentation and communications that foster alignment, transparency, and shared learning.
• Efficiently manage approvals while maintaining momentum and ensuring quality.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer or customer engagement strategy across various channels (email, SMS, push, direct mail, agent, web, and mobile).
• Experience in product marketing, customer relationship marketing, or a closely related field.
• Practical experience in designing and executing direct-to-consumer behavior change initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across different levels and functions.
• Experience working in Agile or rapid test-and-learn environments.
• Comfortable partnering with data and analytics teams to support both campaign measurement and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with behavioral science principles and their application to customer engagement.
• A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (degree preferred, but not required).
