This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Conduct training sessions, onboarding initiatives, and cohort-focused workshops for enterprise clients.
β’ Manage customer onboarding from initial login to complete adoption.
β’ Simplify technical workflows into clear, actionable steps for marketing and content teams.
β’ Develop and uphold enablement playbooks to enhance customer success.
β’ Assist with inbound marketing operations, including CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting (HubSpot or similar).
β’ Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO and content enablement projects.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in marketing operations, customer success, or product enablement.
β’ Practical experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
β’ Demonstrated experience leading client-facing training sessions, onboarding processes, or workshops.
β’ Strong background in SEO and content creation.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and Python.
