This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver captivating training programs for community owners, operators, managers, and staff utilizing ManageAmerica software.
• Convert intricate software features into actionable workflows that facilitate daily operations in manufactured housing.
• Perform product demonstrations for potential customers in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Assist customer onboarding and adoption efforts alongside the Implementation team.
• Create and update training materials, user guides, webinars, and educational resources.
• Act as a subject matter expert in manufactured housing operations and best practices for software usage.
• Provide valuable customer feedback and training insights to the Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
• Remain informed on product updates, industry developments, and operational best practices.
• Aid customers in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and maximize the value of the software.
• Foster trusted relationships with customers and ensure a positive, consultative training experience throughout their journey.
• Comprehend customer business challenges and recommend workflows and best practices using ManageAmerica.
• 5–7 years of experience as a SaaS Trainer, Software Trainer, or Customer Education Specialist in the manufactured housing sector.
• Proven experience in training end users on enterprise software platforms.
• Background in conducting product demonstrations as part of the sales process.
• Practical experience collaborating with manufactured housing community owners, operators, or management teams.
• Demonstrated ability to promote software adoption and elevate customer engagement.
• Direct experience with ManageAmerica software is highly desired.
• Prior experience with a manufactured housing owner/operator, management company, or industry software provider.
• Experience in supporting software implementations, onboarding, or customer success initiatives.
• Understanding of accounting, property management, and operational workflows within manufactured housing communities.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Relevant professional experience is prioritized over formal education.
• Must present documentation that authorizes legal work in the United States of America.
• Occasional travel may be required, up to 10%.
• This position does not carry supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with self-directed hours.
• 5% bonus.
