This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Responsible for establishing relationships through inbound calls, educating customers about their retirement plans, and addressing inquiries related to Retirement Products and Plans.
• Effectively and confidently communicate with all clients to enhance their financial well-being.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding plan design, balance transfers, overall account information, loan requests, and loan payments.
• Aim for first-call resolution and take genuine ownership of customer needs and concerns.
• Manage multiple tasks and navigate various systems simultaneously to service customer accounts or resolve their questions and issues.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent.
• College experience, preferably an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Previous job or internship experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience or 3+ years of customer service experience in place of a degree.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including mouse and keyboard usage, application launching, and navigating multiple systems.
