Call Centre Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Support Members and customers with assistance during roadside breakdowns

• Provide outstanding customer service, achieving KPIs and performance objectives

• Create a favorable first impression by being professional, approachable, and supportive

• Address objections and resolve issues, escalating more complex cases as necessary

• Contribute to enhancements in processes and the overall success of the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service

• At least 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre (preferred)

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to remain composed and think quickly in urgent situations

• Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and attention to detail
