This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinating transportation requirements for clients and passengers.
• Assisting calls from transportation providers.
• Making outbound calls to passengers, client representatives, and care facilities.
• Monitoring and responding to chat inquiries.
• Utilizing our proprietary system, third-party transportation applications such as Uber and Lyft, and business technologies like Five9, Salesforce, and Zendesk to effectively fulfill trip requests.
• This role is entirely remote within a high-volume contact center, allowing you to work from home and significantly enhance the lives of elderly and medically challenged individuals.
• This is a full-time position that may require evening and weekend availability, based on the assigned shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills characterized by empathy and understanding.
• A strong commitment to efficiently completing tasks.
• A sense of pride in aligning your work with the company's vision.
• Reliable broadband internet access (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload) with the capability to connect via Ethernet cable.
• A private, dedicated, and quiet workspace free from interruptions to ensure uninterrupted work during your shift.
• Basic understanding of computer troubleshooting.
• **Shifts available:**
• **Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. ET**, including **daytime, evening, and weekend hours**.
• **All shifts may vary based on business requirements.**
• **NOTE: Candidates must have an internet speed of 100 Mbps and the ability to connect via Ethernet as required.**
• **Competencies:**
• Proficiency with standard business tools such as MacBooks, Google Apps, and software-based phone systems is preferred.
• Experience in contact centers or technical support is encouraged.
• Background in customer service with a focus on issue management.
• Attention to detail in adhering to SOPs for task completion.
• Ability to identify trends and communicate them to upper management.
• Actively participating and collaborating as part of a remote team.
