This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Respond to and monitor incoming calls.
• Prepare and accurately submit comprehensive reports in government systems.
• Record all information precisely in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform database and open-source research.
• Route and escalate calls as necessary.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Associate's Degree preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in telephony systems, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in managing sensitive information.
