• Interact with customers to address and resolve their issues and inquiries;
• Notify relevant teams, including account managers, technical specialists, and developers, about any issues;
• Oversee and track the problem-resolution process, gathering feedback from both clients and related teams.
• Proficiency in **Spanish** (Upper-Intermediate level);
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level);
• Ability to remain composed under pressure;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs;
• A strong desire for learning and personal growth;
• Previous experience in a Customer Support role is a plus;
• Working hours are Monday to Friday from 1pm to 9pm (EEST), with a different schedule during the training period;
