This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the coordination of healthcare services and ensure the timely provision of approved services and items to patients.
• Engage daily with patients, healthcare providers, home health agencies, durable medical equipment suppliers, and health insurance plans.
• Act as a crucial liaison to facilitate seamless transitions of care.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Improve service delivery and enhance patient satisfaction.
• An associate's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related discipline is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare coordination, or referral management is necessary.
• Experience with health plans, home health agencies, or durable medical equipment providers is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel) is necessary.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS, and healthcare regulatory requirements is important.
