This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Timely and complete servicing of customer orders.
• Ensures prompt order entry, customer acknowledgments, load creation for carrier logistics, communication of order status to customers, and timely invoicing.
• Accountable for managing mid-tier to large customer accounts.
• Assesses order quantities against established minimum requirements.
• Informs customers of order status at least one week prior to the shipping date.
• Collaborates closely with Plant Schedulers to ensure clarity of demand signals.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service within a fast-paced consumer or manufacturing setting.
• Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
• Familiarity with JDE, Cognos, and Tableau is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other related Office applications.
• Capable of effective communication with both external and internal customers.
