This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email with a courteous and solution-oriented approach.

• Address issues and foster positive experiences for each customer.

• Adhere to the brand's guidelines and quality benchmarks during all interactions.

• Record and update customer interactions in the appropriate systems.

• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance the service delivered.

• Serve as a representative of a global brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch.

• B2 level in English.

• Interested in the latest technological advancements.

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong sense of empathy.
