This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Manage a diverse range of tasks that will become more complex as your skills develop.
• Receive inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Anticipate handling 60 to 80 calls daily, with increased volumes on Mondays.
• Must currently reside in the state of Missouri.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.
• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
• Basic typing and computer skills, along with strong navigational abilities.
• High-speed Internet access, such as Cable, DSL, or Fiber, with at least 3 mbps upload speed and 30 mbps download speed.
• Use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is not permitted.
• A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home, free from any caretaking responsibilities.
