This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, SMS, or chat
• Listen attentively to customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Employ soft sales techniques to suggest product recommendations
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers
• Achieve individual and team performance goals
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service call center role
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred
